The Sun is a vibrant, fruit-forward cocktail bitter that brings together tart hibiscus and cranberry with juicy blueberry, floral rose hips, and the bittersweet depth of cherry bark.

Its bright berry character pairs beautifully with vodka, gin, tequila, sparkling wine, and light rum. A few drops add tart fruit, floral complexity, and a lively finish to cocktails.

Ingredients:

Alcohol, distilled water, hibiscus, cranberries, rose hips, cherry bark, and blueberries.

Ingredients:

1 oz gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
10–12 drops The Sun Cocktail Bitters
3 oz chilled sparkling wine
Lemon twist or fresh berries, for garnish

Directions:

Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and The Sun Cocktail Bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake briefly and strain into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist or fresh berries.
