The Empress is a warm, aromatic cocktail bitter that brings together orchard apple and robust black tea with fragrant cinnamon and a delicate floral finish from safflower.
Its cozy apple-and-spice character pairs beautifully with bourbon, brandy, rum, sparkling wine, and apple-forward cocktails. A few drops add warmth, gentle spice, and orchard depth.

Alcohol, distilled water, black tea, cinnamon, apples, and safflower.

Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz apple cider
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz maple syrup
10–12 drops The Empress Cocktail Bitters
Thin apple slice, for garnish
Directions:
Add bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, and The Empress Cocktail Bitters to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice.
