Temperance is a lush, fruit-forward cocktail bitter bursting with ripe peach, pineapple, mango, and strawberry, balanced by bright orange and a delicate floral touch of rose.

Its juicy tropical character pairs beautifully with rum, vodka, tequila, sparkling wine, and tropical cocktails. A few drops add layers of ripe fruit, subtle florals, and bittersweet complexity.

Ingredients:

Alcohol, distilled water, birch bark, apple pieces, orange, peach pieces, pineapple pieces, mango pieces, rose petals, and strawberries.

Ingredients:

2 oz aged rum
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz orange curaçao
½ oz orgeat
10–12 drops Temperance Cocktail Bitters
Lime wheel and mint, for garnish

Directions:

Add rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, orgeat, and Temperance Cocktail Bitters to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain over crushed or fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint.
